This certification demonstrates the company’s continued improvement in quality management, production process control, and continuous improvement capabilities within the certified scope. Founded in 2004, QQS has evolved over the past two decades from a precision mold development and manufacturing company into an integrated OEM/ODM manufacturing service provider covering product development collaboration, mold manufacturing, precision injection molding, PCBA manufacturing, and final assembly. IATF 16949 is one of the globally recognized quality management system standards in the automotive industry supply chain. Its core focus includes production process control, quality risk prevention, and continuous improvement. The scope of QQS’s certification covers process management related to injection-molded parts production, highlighting the company’s capabilities in precision plastic component manufacturing, production process control, and quality assurance. This certification scope does not include the product design and development requirements defined under Clause 8.3.
