The role of our Tooling Division goes far beyond mold fabrication. We help customers accelerate their product journey from design to large-scale manufacturing. As the key engineering support arm for QQS Group’s OEM/ODM projects, we provide DFM analysis, tooling development, engineering validation, and mass production optimization. Meanwhile, our Tooling Engineering Center also operates as an independent mold supplier, delivering export molds and high-complexity engineering support to multiple global brands—earning long-term trust from top international companies.
Our engineering footprint covers consumer electronics, household appliances, automotive systems, medical devices, and premium home products. Key partners include Dyson, ABB, Hitachi, Volvo, Toyota, IKEA, Decathlon, YETI, Duravit, and TOTO.
We invest heavily in engineering R&D to ensure seamless alignment between design and manufacturing. Our Technical Center consists of three major functions: tooling design, project management, and CAM programming. Supported by more than 30 senior engineers.

4. Industrial-Scale Manufacturing CapabilityOur Manufacturing Center is purpose-built to meet the demands of high precision and high production capacity. Within a 33,000-square-foot modern facility, we operate with a team of over 100 skilled technicians. To achieve micron-level machining accuracy, we operate highly digitized production lines equipped with top-tier machines from MAZAK, Mitsubishi, Charmilles, and QUASER. Closed-loop quality control: We implement a strict quality management system using CMM measurement, optical inspection, and on-machine probing. Combined with a fully traceable production workflow, we ensure every mold and every part meets the required delivery standard. |
